If your head goes below the top rim, an ultrasonic sensor will trigger an immediate stop and open the cabin door automatically. You can also simply push open the door to stop the session.

How often can I come in for cryotherapy? It is recommended to have at least 8 sessions during the first 2 weeks. This will allow your body to adjust. Afterward, 3 sessions a week is enough.

What to Expect:
Before entering the TITAN™ CryoCabin, you must be completely dry.
Stand in the unit for up to 3 minutes while your body is enveloped in the hyper-cooled air.
We will elevate the electronic lift so that your shoulders are even with the top of the unit.
The cold air will penetrate just 0.5 mm into your skin. This will cause your skin’s surface to cool to 30 ºF.
When the timer goes off, the lift will be lowered automatically.
